Customer states has intermittent heat. After diag there is no heat and during calibration the blend door for heat is inactive and or sticking in desired past position. Remove heater blend door acuator and replace with aftermarket one.

Repaired fuseable link under hood due to short of terminals while battery was installed by customer. New aux battery installed test (good now) new main battery tested (good now) Every function is working as should. Please visit nearest dealer to clear check engine light or drive for vehicle to perform its drive cycles.
